We aim to provide a high standard of service, but if something has gone wrong we want to know and put it right.

1. How to make a complaint

You can complain by:

Please include: your name and contact details; the company you represent (if applicable); what happened and when; and what outcome you are seeking.

2. What happens next

  1. Acknowledgement — we will acknowledge your complaint within [3] working days.
  2. Investigation — your complaint will be reviewed by a director not directly involved in the matter where possible.
  3. Response — we aim to provide a full written response within [14] working days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and give a revised timescale (no more than [28] working days).
  4. Escalation — if you are not satisfied with our response, you may ask for the matter to be reviewed by a director, who will respond within a further [14] working days. This is our final response.

3. Complaints about marketing communications

If your complaint concerns marketing messages from us, we will suppress your details from future marketing immediately upon receipt of the complaint, regardless of the outcome of any investigation. You can also opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying STOP to any SMS/WhatsApp message.

4. Complaints about personal data

If your complaint concerns how we have handled your personal data, it will be treated as a data protection complaint and handled. You have the right at any time to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office:

You do not need to complain to us first, though we would welcome the opportunity to resolve the issue.

5. Complaints about advertising

If your complaint concerns the content of our advertising, you may also refer the matter to the UK Advertising Standards Authority (asa.org.uk).

6. Record keeping

We keep a record of all complaints and their outcomes for [2] years to help us improve our service.
